Offices & coffee service operators
A genuine one-stop shop for office coffee
Whether you run the break room yourself or you are an operator serving dozens of them, the cost of a second supplier is rarely the price — it is the second delivery, the second invoice and the second phone call.

The whole order in one place
Whole bean, vending grind, filter packs, single-serve, powders, tea, cups, lids, stir sticks, whitener and sugar. One purchase order.
For coffee-service operators
Pallet volumes, consistent supply, and a private-label line under your own brand so your accounts cannot simply buy the same case elsewhere.
Equipment that stays working
We place the brewer, we install it, and our own technicians maintain and repair it. Bundled into supply rather than sold to you.
Simple for whoever is closest to the machine
Office coffee gets looked after by whoever happens to be nearby. The set-up has to survive that, and ours is built to.
What offices and operators order
| Whole bean | For grinders and bean-to-cup |
| Vending grind | For distributrices |
| Filter packs | 1.5 to 8 oz, portioned — no measuring |
| K-Cup & single-serve | Full line-up |
| Powders | Hot chocolate, cappuccino, French vanilla |
| Cups & accessories | Our own line, by the case or pallet |

We carry the full K-Cup line-up — the national brands your people recognise — on the same purchase order as the rest of your supply, with the service and parts that go with it.
Which machine fits your site
We place the machine, install it and service it — it is normally bundled into the supply agreement rather than sold to you. These are the ones that go into most offices.

Keurig K-1550
About 2–15 people
Reservoir-fed, so it needs no plumbing. Push-button, 6 to 12 oz, brews over ice. The one that goes into a small office or a satellite site.

Keurig K-2500 / K-2550
About 15–25 people
Plumbed in, or a 110 oz reservoir where plumbing is not practical. Touchscreen, 4 to 12 oz, programmable, and it ejects the used pod itself.

Keurig K-3550
About 25–50 people
Plumbed in, with two internal tanks so it brews back to back without anyone waiting. The answer to a queue at 9am.

Keurig K-4500
About 25–50, with specialty
Plumbed in, touchscreen, and two powder hoppers for milk and chocolate — lattes and hot chocolate from the same machine as the coffee.

Keurig Eccellenza Touch
Bean to cup
Two bean hoppers and three powder hoppers, ten café-style drinks off a 10-inch touchscreen, 8 / 10 / 12 oz. For a site that wants ground-fresh coffee without a barista.
Headcounts are the manufacturer’s sizing guidance, not a rule. What actually decides it is how many of those people drink coffee and whether they all want it at the same time — tell us that and we will tell you which one.
Common questions
Do you supply the machine as well as the coffee?
Yes. The brewer is normally bundled into a supply agreement rather than sold to you. We place it, install it, and our own technicians maintain and repair it.
How fast is service if the machine stops?
A technician is on site within 2 business days in our core region. Service is in-house, not subcontracted, so there is no third party to chase.
Can we get coffee under our own brand?
Yes. Private label is available above a production run — we handle blend, format, packaging and ongoing supply, and the brand is yours.
Do you sell to coffee-service operators, not just end users?
Yes. Operators and distributors buy from us by the pallet, including private-label lines their own accounts cannot source anywhere else.
Private label, under your brand
A branded case can be bought direct tomorrow; a private-label case cannot. We handle blend selection, format, packaging and ongoing supply — you own the brand. Tell us the format and the annual volume and we will tell you whether it works.
