Retirement residences & CHSLDs
Coffee your residents recognise, from a supplier who understands the floor
Dining rooms run on routine. Ours is built so the coffee is the same at every service, whoever is on shift, and so nobody has to notice the stock is low.

The staffing reality
Turnover in residences is constant and training time is short. Portioned filter packs remove the judgement call entirely — one pack, one pot, the same result from the newest attendant as from the longest-serving one.
Never run out mid-month
A standing delivery on a set cadence, sized to your actual consumption. No emergency orders, no cases of retail coffee bought at a grocery store to bridge a weekend.
Autonomous, semi-autonomous, one meal or three
Consumption varies enormously between residences of the same size. We set the quantity against your service — not against your door count.
One account across a group
If you operate several residences, one invoice and one contact, with delivery arranged per site.
What we supply to a residence
| Filter packs | 1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.25, 2.5, 3 and 8 oz — sized to your brewer and to how strong the dining room likes it. |
| Hot chocolate | Institutional powder, by the case. |
| Tea & herbal | Individually bagged. |
| Condiments | Whitener, sugar, stir sticks. |
| Not sure which size | Send us a pack you use now, or the make of the brewer. We will match it. |
The brewer that goes into a dining room
A twin Curtis with four warmers — regular and decaf on the go at once, and a hot-water tap for tea. Plumbed in, one button per side, and nothing on it to set wrong. We place it, install it and our own technicians service it; it is normally bundled into the supply agreement rather than sold to you.
Common questions
Do you deliver to residences outside the Montréal area?
Yes. Strategic accounts anywhere in Québec are delivered on pallets through our freight partners, and we deliver smaller accounts ourselves within about 1.5 hours of Montréal. We can also ship through GFS.
Can one account cover several residences?
Yes. One contact and one consolidated invoice across a group, with delivery arranged per site on each site’s own cadence.
Our kitchen staff changes constantly. Will the coffee be consistent?
That is what portioned filter packs are for. One pack, one pot — no scale, no measuring and no judgement call, so the coffee tastes the same whoever is on shift.
Do you supply CHSLDs and public bodies?
Yes. Café In is registered on SEAO with an account in good standing and supplies the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal, won through an open tender.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We set a standing delivery sized to what you actually use, so you neither run out mid-month nor carry stock you do not need.
Public tenders
Café In is registered on SEAO and bids on public tenders. We supply the Office municipal d’habitation de Montréal (OMHM), won through an open tender. For bodies procuring through SEAO, send the specification directly.
